We visit together, photograph every room and document your property, keys, meters and quirks — the shutter that sticks, the stopcock behind the bougainvillea.

The schedule for pool, garden, cleaning and checks is agreed in one clear document, with named people responsible for each visit.

Questions

Before you hand over the keys

The things owners ask us on the first call.

Is there a contract?

No long tie-in. Every package rolls monthly and you can cancel with one month's notice. Annual plans simply pre-pay twelve months for the price of ten.

Who holds my keys?

Keys are logged, coded and kept in an insured key store. They are never labelled with your name or address, and every handover to a cleaner or tradesperson is recorded in your report.

What if something breaks?

Small fixes are handled within your plan's included hours. Anything bigger is quoted through the cala network of vetted pros — you see the quote, with photos, and approve it before anything is spent.

Can I keep my current cleaner or gardener?

Yes. If you already trust someone, we coordinate them into the schedule, share access properly and include their visits in your monthly report.

Do you handle holiday lets?

Complete and Concierge do. We manage changeovers, guest arrivals and the practical side of rental compliance, so the house can earn while you are away.
